Through the years, her practice has flourished in family-based immigration (including adjustment of status, conditional residence, and immigrant visas), citizenship and naturalization, relief under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), deferred action, U visas, nonimmigrant visas, and humanitarian relief attained from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (U.S.C.I.S.) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.).

She received extensive trial training from the Trial Lawyer’s College under the leadership of Gerry Spence, graduating in 2005, and thereafter attended numerous graduate programs. In addition, she received training at the National Psychodrama Training Center and Bridging Harts Psychodrama Training Institute.

She obtained her mediator certification from Texas Women’s University in 2010.

Throughout the years, she has offered her legal services and guidance to pro bono and charity organizations, such as Proyecto Adelante, Baptist Immigration Center and La Tiendita.

Together with her husband and three boys, they spend all their remaining time tending to the family ranch and the registered Texas Longhorns they breed.
