Community Involvement

With over 20 years of legal experience, Rebecca Collins has dedicated her career not only to practicing law but also to uplifting and serving her community. Her commitment extends far beyond the courtroom—she actively participates in local initiatives and community-building events throughout McKinney, Melissa, and Van Alstyne. She is a proud participant in the Annual Day of the Dead Event in McKinney and the Annual Back-to-School Supply Drive held at J.W. Webb. She has personally sponsored booster club, numerous students and organizations in both athletic and extracurricular competitions. Her dedication to community service is further reflected in her current role as a Board Member for La Tiendita, a local organization focused on supporting underserved families by providing a nonprofit grocery store; a training center for at-risk Latino students; and a resource center for those in McKinney who need guidance in getting help with issues pertaining to medical, education, health etc. More recently, in recognition of her ongoing contributions and collaborative efforts in immigration advocacy, she was honored with an award from the local non-profit organization known as the Baptist Immigration Center in McKinney, Texas.  Rebecca Collins continues to be a trusted advocate both in and out of the legal profession.
