About Joseph Collins
Joseph Collins is a Case Investigator with over 15 years of experience. He is well versed in documentation and management and has extensive experience in: criminal, family, guardianship, juvenile, probate and immigration law. Joseph conducts background checks and fingerprint services to our clients who require criminal background checks.
Joseph’s extensive knowledge of the law, combined with a respect and appreciation for the firm’s diverse clients, has allowed us the ability to grow. He is a strong leader because of his ability to supervise and prioritize. He has an egalitarian approach and values the concept of “leading by example,” asking no more of others then he would be willing to do himself.
Joseph graduated from the University of North Texas where he earned a B.A.A.S. Joseph is a master peace officer, a certified mediator and arbitrator. He recently completed his advance scuba diver and rescue diver certifications and is in the process of working on his master diver certifications.
He believes “The Strongest factor for success is self esteem: Believing you can do it, believing you deserve it and believing you will get it.” Joseph is a member of the Choctaw Nation. His Native American heritage is one which he honors by working hard while striving to be a stellar example of what the Native American community can offer society.
As a peace officer, mediator, arbitrator and now case investigator he has had the opportunity to meet people in the most traumatic moments of their lives. His calmness and quick thinking are valuable tools when assisting our clients in researching their respective cases when working under intense time deadlines.
